Our fundraising party Ditch the Detox was held on 7 February in Lewes and we are delighted to say it raised over £1500 for this year’s Moving On Parade! The venue was full to capacity and everyone seemed to have a great time, partying for Patina.
We are hugely grateful to everyone who came along to support the event and to the many people who made it possible. We are especially grateful to DJ Alboy of Frolic for putting on an absolutely storming set, Lewes FC for donating a beach hut experience for us to raffle, Emma Carlow for designing our stunning poster, Gladrags for providing our gorgeous decorations, King’s Framers, the Union Music Store and all our school reps for selling tickets, Danny Cooklin for providing the PA and the very many people who came to help set up, work the door, bars, roulette wheel and chocolate fountains and clear it all up again at the end. A huge team effort and another big step forward towards the 2015 Moving On Parade. Marvellous!
